How to Invite Collaborators

Pre-production is a team sport. Invite your DP, 1st AD or producer to your project so everyone works from the same shot list.

Share your project with your team.

Steps

1. Open your project.

2. Go to Collaborators.

3. Enter an email address.

4. Choose a role:

   • Viewer

   • Editor

5. Send invite.

What they need to do

1. Open the invite email.

2. Create a free account.

3. Find the project in their Dashboard.

Notes

• Collaboration requires a Pro subscription from the project owner. Collaborators do not need their own Pro account to view or edit a shared project.

• Editors can add, edit, and delete shots in real time.

• You can remove a collaborator at any time from the Collaborators panel.

• If your collaborator didn't receive the invite, ask them to check spam, or try resending.
