How to Cancel My Subscription

Overview
If ShotKraft isn't the right fit for you right now, cancelling takes under a minute and you keep access to everything you've already built — you'll just lose Pro features once your current billing period ends.
Steps
Click your account icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar, then select My Profile from the dropdown.
2. On your profile page, click the Subscription tab.
3. Under Subscription Details, click Cancel Subscription.
4. Review what you'll be giving up, then click Cancel my Subscription to confirm. Changed your mind? Click Nevermind, keep my subscription instead and nothing changes.
Tips
Cancelling doesn't cut you off right away — your Pro features stay active through the end of your current billing period, shown right in the confirmation dialog.
Your existing projects stay put after cancellation. You can still open them and export to PDF; CSV export is a Pro-only feature.
