My Payment Failed — What to Do
payment-failed
Plans & Billing
Common Reasons a Payment Fails
The card number, expiration date, or CVV was entered incorrectly
The card has expired
Insufficient funds
Your bank blocked the transaction
Your billing address doesn't match what's on file with the bank
Things to Try
1. Double-check your card details.
Re-enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV carefully. A single wrong digit will cause the charge to fail.
2. Try a different card.
If you have a backup card, try that one.
3. Contact us
We will be happy to help you set up a payment method and get started on your project while we troubleshoot.
International Card Issues
If you're outside the US, some international VISA and Mastercard cards are occasionally rejected by our payment processor, Stripe, even when the card itself is valid. This is rare, as our payment processor is an industry standard.
