Getting Started Shotlisting
Overview
Use the Scenes list to move between scenes and keep your shotlisting flow.
Steps
Use the Scenes list (left panel).
Click a scene to select it. The right panel shows the shotlist for the selected scene.
Continue sequentially, or jump as needed.
Troubleshooting
If a scene is missing, it is probably "stuck" to the previous scene because the parsing software did not recognize it as a scene. Review the shotlist — it probably covers the "stuck" scene as well.
Scenes "stick" together when the scene's slugline is not in a standard format, i.e. does not begin with INT, EXT, DAY, etc. Like this:
How to fix it
If you can edit your script, add the missing INT or EXT at the beginning of each slugline, then re-upload.
If you cannot edit your script, you can start a new Copy/Paste project, then copy/paste the missing scene, and shotlist it manually. This is a workaround, and we know it is not ideal.
