What Fields Are Included in My PDF Export?

Exporting
Default Fields
By default, a ShotKraft PDF export includes these fields for each shot:
Shot number
Shot type (Wide, Medium, Close-Up, etc.)
Subject(s)
Description
Reference image (if one was added or generated)
Expanded Fields
ShotKraft can also capture additional technical details per shot — Notes, Camera Movement, Focal Length, Lens, Camera Angle, Frame Size, Camera, and Special Requirements (FX/VFX). These appear in your PDF only if they've been filled in on the shot card.
If a field is blank, it won't appear in the export. Only fields with actual values are printed.
Enter values in these fields to make sure they show up in your export:
Open your project and select a scene.
Select a shot and click Expand, or flip the Expand Shots toggle top right to open the full shot editor for all shots.
Fill in the fields you want included — Movement, Focal Length, Lens, etc.
Close the editor (changes save automatically).
Run a new export — the filled fields will now appear in the PDF.
In the export configuration screen, confirm that Shot Information is selected (it should be selected by default).
Why are some fields missing in my exports, i.e. Movement, Focal Length, etc.?
This is the most common export question. Fields like Movement and Focal Length live in the expanded section of each shot card — they're not visible on the card by default and are NOT generated by default. If you only filled in the basic fields (type, subjects, description), the expanded fields are blank and won't export.
If you entered values in those fields, please confirm that Shot Information is selected in the export configuration screen (it should be selected by default).
