How to Use Table View

Working in Table View
If you've been planning shots in a Google Sheets template, Table View will feel familiar: your whole shot list in rows and columns, but connected to your script, images and exports.
Overview
Table View gives you a spreadsheet-style look at your entire shot list — all your shots laid out in rows, with key fields as columns. It's useful when you need to scan across your whole project at once, compare shots side by side, or quickly spot gaps in your coverage. You can switch between Table View and the standard Card View at any time without losing any data.
How to Switch to Table View
Open your project in ShotKraft.
In the top navigation bar, click the Table tab. You'll see the full shot list load as a table, with one shot per row.
To return to the card layout, click the Cards tab.
Grouped vs. Ungrouped View
By default, Table View groups your shots by scene — each scene gets its own header row, and the shots for that scene appear beneath it. This makes it easy to see how each scene breaks down.
To switch to an ungrouped view (all shots in a flat list, no scene headers):
Look for the Group by Scene toggle near the top left of the table.
Click it to turn grouping off. All shots will appear in a single continuous list, ordered by scene and shot number.
Click the toggle again to re-enable grouping.
Tips
Table View and Card View always stay in sync — any edits you make in Table View are immediately reflected in Card View.
Grouping by scene is the default because most filmmakers think scene-by-scene during prep. Switch to ungrouped if you're doing a cross-scene review, like checking that all your close-ups are covered.
The columns shown in Table View can be customized — see How to Customize Columns in Table View.
